PeopUp Solutions, LLC provides human resources consulting services, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee training, and HR strategy development. The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement between you and PeopUp Solutions, LLC.

b. Client Responsibilities:

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary resources or access required for us to deliver our consulting services effectively.

c. Consulting Fees:

Fees for our consulting services will be outlined in a separate agreement. You agree to pay all fees as specified in that agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality

We may have access to confidential information during the course of providing our Services. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for the purpose of providing our Services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or that we are required to disclose by law.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. No Warranties:

The arbitration will take place in Georgia, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
